About Our Founder
Jessica Brown-Malone (Jess) is a certified Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Practitioner dedicated to helping others regain control and find peace in a world often characterized by chaos. After experiencing her own struggles that sent her on an emotional spiral, Jess discovered the transformative power of mindfulness and is passionate about making these disciplines accessible to everyone. Jess believes mindfulness is not a luxury reserved for the social elite, but is a life skill and discipline that every worthy neighbor (that’s you!) should develop to live a life of emotional and cognitive balance
